DESCRIPTION:
The MW-60 Multipack Wrapper is designed for multipacking up to 200 toilet and laundry soaps in various bundle configurations. The maximum number of multipack bundles is 60 per minute. The most widely used film is 30 to 40.

MAIN FEATURES:
  • Balcony construction to avoid built up of faulty packages inside the unit.
  • In line infeed for the individual soaps.
  • Computer controlled brushless motors of the main operating functions.
  • Centralized adjustments with digital indicators.
  • Quick and easy changeover with pack patterns memorized and selected from the control panel.
  • The machine can be build with right or left hand infeed.
    		• OPERATING SEQUENCE:
  • In line with the product flow.
  • The film unwinding rolls, the cutter and the belts which place the film onto an elevator are driven by three brushless motors which allow changeover from the control panel.
  • The bundle elevator, the bottom folder and the pusher are brushless motors controlled permitting automatic format size changes.
  • After the sealing and side folding the multipack bundle is moved to the discharge between a variable speed drive controlled belts.
