The TF-60 intermittent motion tubs and jars filler / closer is designed to fill tubs and with a screw cap or pressure cap.
OPERATION AND FEATURES:
- The empty tubs and jars are hand loaded into an continuos motion rotating feed table.
- A connecxing belt transfer the tubs and jars to a rotating dosing head.
- Product dosing can be with various auger, cup, scale, and liquid feeders.
- An automatic feeder selects and positions the screw or pressure caps on top of the tubes or jars.
- The filled and closed tubs a jars are placed on a rotating discharge table.
- The TF- 60 is a complete mechanical machine .
- No tub/jar/no fill device.
- PVC guarding with safety interlocks.
