The GMP-50 vertical form/fill/seal machine has been designed to bag pratically all types of product, in a three-sides seal package style, up to a speed of 50 bags per minute

OPERATION AND FEATURES:

  • The packaging material is fed by a belt drive system.
  • Heat sealing jaws are used for sealing heat-sealable packaging materials. Impulse sealing is utilized with thermoplastic films (polyethylene). Only one type of sealing system can be fitted on the machine, to be defined with the order.
  • A serrated knife, inserted between the sealing jaws, cuts off each bag.
  • The packaged products are placed on a discharge conveyor.
  • The GPM-50 is a mechanically operated machine using only one cam.
  • All part in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Fast, easy size changeovers.
  • PVC guarding with safety interlocks.
  • Easy interface with auger, cup, liquid, scale and other feeder systems.
