OPERATING SEQUENCE:

An operator hand feeds the soaps onto a continuous motion infeed conveyor. Each soap is transferred with the first vacuum suction cup from the infeed conveyor into the banding section between two contoured, padded support plate machanism. The bar held tightly between the plates rotates quickly as the band is placed around it.

While the first suction cup moves back to pick up another bar from the infeed conveyor, the second suction cup transfers the banded bar onto the continuous motion discharge conveyor.
